We offer 30 days guaranteed returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.

We will be gladly credit your account for the amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for the returns until they are confirmed delivery to us.
In addition, if you ever received a damaged package, and its content is deemed unusable, please kindly notify us within 3 days of the delivery using our online contact us form. Our customer care team will have your claim resolved in a timely manner. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the damaged item with its original packaging for inspection by the carrier and the damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Please know that a completed customer claim form is required for refund.
Ormana Skin Care will provide return shipping labels as long as the item(s) being returned meet our Return/Exchange Policy.
